Keep those qualifications together. This is not a statement that every balloon bouquet can be couriered, that a particular design arrives boxed, or that an item will arrive within a guaranteed window. The terms of service also describe delivery times as estimates rather than guarantees.
If you are considering courier delivery, ask the team to identify the actual item and delivery proposal. Explain any date that matters to the recipient without turning the published transit estimate into a confirmed birthday appointment.
Describe any work you need done at the venue
